It is an exciting time for our network as we prepare to implement President Biden’s Executive Action that would grant Parole in Place (PiP) for Certain Spouses and Children of U.S. Citizens when applications open Monday, August 19th. NPNA was created for both large and small implementations within the immigrant rights field through a service to organizing model and our members will remain a trusted resource for education and outreach rooted in building power for the communities we serve. As people come forward to enroll in this program, and for those that may not qualify, we know this is a moment to create political homes for people to join in the fight for generous, just, and permanent pathways to citizenship.

We are also pleased to anchor the Ready to Stay coalition, a coordinated network of organizations aiming to build field capacities for effective implementation of legal programs, and will be hosting a PiP webinar series that will share the latest updates on the application process and eligibility requirements, elevate field implementation models, and share resources.
